This is the claim ledger used by the site. Each claim names its evidence status, where it applies, what it does not establish, when it must be reviewed, and the automated gate that checks it.
Measured means shipped code recomputes the claim. Estimated means a model uses assumptions supplied by the reader. Withheld means Tracer deliberately does not publish a conclusion the available evidence cannot support.
